The brands of Great Wall, Fortune and Mengniu owned by COFCO Corporation were honored as China’s Top 100 Most Valuable Brands by BrandZ in Beijing on December 3, 2013.
Great Wall wine has become the market leader, devoted to promoting the wine culture, driving growth of the wine industry and offering superior quality wine. It also ranked the second in the list published by The Drinks Business and was atop the C-BPI made-in-China wine list for the third consecutive year in the 3rd China’s Top Leading Brands Summit.
Fortune carried out the integrated business strategy very well. It was following the concept of quality and safety. It offered products to China’s space exploration projects. It was also the designated supplier to the Chinese Olympic Committee and the Chinese sports delegation.
Mengniu ranked the 21st in the BrandZ list this year, one position ahead of last year. Its value amounted to USD 3.1 billion, a 30% increase compared to last year. Its BVA ranked the second, higher than the average level of the industry.
