COFCO Ranking 28th among China’s 500 Most Valuable Brands Release Time : 2012-03-20

On June 16, the World Brand Lab (WBL) publicized the list of China’s 500 most valuable brands for 2009 according to which COFCO ranks the 28th. Fortune, one of COFCO’s premium brands ranks 106th, Great Wall wine ranks 121st, and Le Conte chocolate ranks 258th.

There are brands from 28 industries contained in the list, including food and beverage, textile and clothing, medium, IT, home appliance, car and energy, among which food and beverage brands are the most in number, totaling 71 and accounting for 14.2%.

The WBL is a professional brand research institution with the headquarters at New York, US, which has international business coverage. It observes principles of independence and fairness in evaluating, pioneers in research, and created the BVA Tools and the Trust Barometer.
